Refund Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Aurexio Animation.

At Aurexio Animation, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the creative and customized nature of animation services, our refund policy is outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • The project has not yet started
  • Work files have not been delivered
  • The client cancels within the approved refund period
  • Aurexio Animation fails to begin the project within the agreed timeframe

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Initial concepts or drafts have already been delivered
  • The project is substantially completed
  • Delays are caused by lack of client communication
  • The client changes project requirements midway
  • The client simply changes their mind after work has started

Creative services involve significant time and resources; therefore completed work is non-refundable.


3. Revision Support Instead of Refunds

If clients are unsatisfied, we encourage using the revision options included in the package before requesting refunds.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to improve:

  • Animation quality
  • Timing adjustments
  • Visual improvements
  • Minor edits and corrections

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided depending on:

  • Percentage of completed work
  • Resources already used
  • Production stage reached

Administrative and transaction fees may be deducted.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:

  • 5–10 business days
    depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Aurexio Animation before initiating chargebacks or disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks after project delivery may result in:

  • Service suspension
  • Legal action
  • Permanent account restriction
